Successful media companies are comprised of doers -- task-oriented, hard-working people. But even the best companies fail to take enough time for evaluation of people and product. That's where MDL Media Strategies come in. Whether it's show production, talent performance, interview prep/execution, I can provide guidance to position you for success.

ABOUT MIKE LEBER

MIKE LEBER

As a five time Emmy Award winning media professional, I'm well-prepared to bring common sense solutions to the problems that keep media professionals up at night. In my 28 years at ESPN, I experienced life in the field and the studio, in the control room and in the board room. I oversaw or played a significant role in projects including the deaths of Muhammad Ali and Stuart Scott, the reopening of the SuperDome after Hurricane Katrina and five Olympic Games. I specialize in content production on a variety of platforms, specifically breaking people out of their silos and getting them to see the benefit of multi-platform exposure for their content. This only happens with communication, trust and strong leadership. Let me help you break down those walls!
